WHAT TO EXPECT

You will get into a garment that looks a little like an astronaut's space suit that wraps around your legs, arms and midsection. The suit has tubes on it that are hooked up to a computerized air pressure machine. This makes the garment inflate with air and you will feel a rhythmic squeezing sensation that feels like pressure, not pain.
